Private therapeutic yoga
for stress, pain, and resilience

Your body is your home,
this is how you
clean house.

I work with people who have lived full lives and begun to feel the effects over time.

Accumulated stress, ongoing pain, sleepless nights, or unfocused days are signals that your body has been working hard without enough support.

Through alignment-based yoga, nervous system regulation, and hands-on adjustments, we create optimal conditions for the body to function as a well-kept home for the life it carries.

How it works

Aligned, structured yoga postures combined with external support reduce unnecessary effort and work with the body’s inherent architecture. When the nervous system experiences predictability and safety, perception shifts and new possibilities become available.

Rather than repeating familiar patterns shaped by past experience, the body and mind can, within an intelligently supported framework, access new forms of organization, ease, and clarity.

The result is not effortful change, but a gradual expansion of capacity. With skilled, guided instruction, tangible results show up in students move, make choices, and engage with
the broader shape of their lives.

Working with Nikki

My work sits at the intersection of yoga asana and wellbeing science. With decades of experience across movement, education, and healthcare, I specialize in supporting people who want to relate to their bodies with greater intelligence and agency rather than force or ego.
